I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing in the state of Texas since 2005, as well as a Certified Life Coach.

I believe every single human being is created with value, purpose, and potential. Sometimes those get locked up in grief, depression, negative thinking, negative emotions, or destructive behavior patterns. I love to help people unlock healing and growth so they can share the best version of themselves with the world.

I especially enjoy working with pastors, ministry leaders, and empowering adult women to know and love themselves in a way that reflects confidence and positively influences those around them. A strength of mine is incorporating my Christian faith into therapy for those who request it.

I am certified as a SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) Instructor to provide premarital assessment and therapy.

Additionally, I am certified by Portrait Systems to administer Leadership assessments (one of which is the DISC) and lead leadership workshops related to the assessment material.
